The refund amount is calculated by deducting 20% (shipping and internet payment charges) from your original payment. The Refund amount will be credited to the customers bank account or wallet (from which the payment is made) in 7-10 working days post complete verification.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or product quality is not good, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service team on +91 9845192248 within 6 hours of receiving the product. We will need you to provide us the sample for investigating. It would take about 2-3 days for the test results to come in, after which we will revert to you on it.
